From what I hear this RS is a bad motherfucker, why no gang name yet? Is he available to go to another gang?
RS just petitioned last night for an official gang name. He does have a frame this coupled with his formal request for a name will put the wheel in motion for the powers to be to give him a name. One of the names i have heard tossed around as front runners:
