We have all struggled with the thought of cutting up a road bike to become our next fixed gear project. That yard sale lugged frame looks so neglected that it is just begging to be shaved, painted and repacked. I think this bike speaks for itself. Simple Raleigh convert. I'd like to see a little more commitment. Chop that hanger lets get it on.

Aint no way this bikes owner rides this thing without scrambling his eggs. Look at that saddle attitude. Two minutes tops. I like the hand painted lugs and the agro stem.
